DSK Legal is hiring an Associate for its Data Privacy, Technology & General Corporate practice at the Delhi office.

Eligibility

3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in drafting technology-related commercial contracts.
Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), including FDI and ODI regulations, and other allied corporate and commercial laws.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS, and AI offerings.
Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential.
