- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions and related legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Advise clients on real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal due diligence and transactional support.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing assignments and projects.
- Identify and address legal and commercial risks in transactions.
