About the Job
Defence Innovation Organisation is hiring a Program Executive (Legal).
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, including legal documentation, contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, and related legal functions.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- An LL.B. degree with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; or
- An LL.M. degree with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Working as a legal adviser, legal executive, or in a similar role for a reputed company, Government Department, or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).
- Legal documentation.
- Case filing and representation before courts of law.
- Contract management.
- Legal interpretation.
- Arbitration.
Applicants should also have knowledge of:
- Acts, Rules, and Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Government Departments, and companies.

Age Limit
Maximum 30 years.
Salary
A consolidated monthly consultancy fee ranging from ₹ 80,000/- to ₹ 1,20,000/- per month inclusive of all taxes, as approved by competent authority based on the recommendation of “Interview & Selection” Committee at the time of selection.
