National Law University Delhi is inviting applications for the position of Academic Fellow (IP Law). The opportunity is intended for candidates interested in contributing to the field of Intellectual Property Law through an academic role at the University.
Educational Qualification
LL.M. (IPR Spl.) with minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed).
Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), which may include IP litigation, transactions, research, or experience as a teaching assistant. A strong research record in IP will be an added advantage. Knowledge of international intellectual property law, including international IP treaties will be considered an additional advantage.
