About the Opportunity

Kaizen Law is seeking to hire three newly qualified lawyers from the Class of 2026, specifically from one of India’s National Law Universities, to join its corporate and transactional practice in Gurgaon.

The work encompasses M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate advisory, and strategic transactions. Since its founding in August 2022, Kaizen Law has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 for its M&A and corporate practice, highlighting the quality and complexity of the transactions managed by the firm.

Eligibility

The firm is looking for candidates who are exceptional and genuinely committed to transactional practice, and specifically those who meet any of the following criteria:

• Batch toppers with strong academic performance and distinctions;
• National or international mooting or debating achievers;
• Exceptional researchers and writers in corporate and commercial law; or
• Demonstrably and consistently interested in M&A, PE/VC, securities regulation, employment law, technology laws, and related areas

Remuneration

The firm offers an INR 12 lakh fixed CTC (INR 10 lakh fixed compensation + INR 2 lakh guaranteed bonus upon completion of one year), along with additional discretionary bonuses based on performance.
