About the Job

Kaizen Law is hiring corporate lawyers at the following levels:

• Associate – 2+ years of experience.
• Senior Associate – 4+ years of experience.
• Principal Associate / Salaried Partner – 10+ years of experience.

The work involves mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, with a steady cross-border component.

The firm operates with small teams, direct client contact and no layer between the lawyer and the Principal Associate/Partner on the deal.

Eligibility

Associate

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience.

Senior Associate

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience.

Principal Associate / Salaried Partner

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience.
