About the Job

The firm is hiring Associates and Senior Associates for its corporate and transactional practice in Gurgaon. Selected candidates will work on marquee Indian and cross-border transactions and engage with founders, general counsels, and investors from an early stage.

Eligibility

Applicants must have at least three years of experience at a leading corporate law firm.

The firm is specifically looking for lawyers currently working at a national law firm or a boutique corporate law firm in areas such as:

• M&A
• Private Equity/Venture Capital
• Securities Regulation
• Technology Law
• Allied practice areas
