The office of Abhinav Singh is hiring a Junior Associate (Litigation) to assist in a litigation-focused practice. The selected candidate will work on drafting, legal research, and court-related matters while gaining exposure to proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums.

Eligibility

  • LL.B. Graduate.
  • Basic knowledge of court proceedings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Good legal research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research.
  • Assist in court proceedings and appearances before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums.
  • Support the chamber in litigation-related work.

Salary

Remuneration shall be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
