About the Job

Diaz Legal is looking to onboard advocates with litigation experience who can contribute to case strategy, legal research, drafting, and appearances before courts and tribunals. The role offers significant exposure to insolvency and commercial dispute resolution matters.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to independently appear before courts and tribunals.
• Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
• Ability to manage matters independently and contribute to litigation strategy.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a litigation chamber or law firm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and other legal documents.
• Handle appearances before courts and tribunals.
• Manage litigation matters independently.
• Assist in dispute resolution and insolvency-related proceedings.
