Aditya Pratap Law Offices, a Mumbai-based Law Firm, is looking to hire a Junior Advocate for its Office in Mumbai. Founded in 2013 by NALSAR alumnus Aditya Pratap, Aditya Pratap Law Offices has a deep expertise in civil, criminal, and corporate law and has handled and argued landmark cases over its ten-plus years of existence.

About the Job

Aditya Pratap Law Offices is looking for talented advocates to join us on a full-time basis.

They have two vacancies:

A. 01 vacancy for experienced Advocate (Having minimum 03 years of experience or more).

B. 01 vacancy for 0 to 03 years of experience. (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Office Timings

10 am to 7 pm sharp. Candidates should report on time and be permitted to leave office on time. 2nd and 4th Saturday will be given as an off in addition to Sundays.

No of Leaves per Year

 Candidates will be entitled to 15 days paid leave per year. This paid leave will be taken at one paid leave per month for the first nine months of the service year and the balance three months can be taken as two paid leaves per month. Candidates should be punctual, disciplined and hardworking at all time.

Eligibility

• The candidates should have knowledge of drafting and filing of Suits, Writ Petitions, Criminal Complaints and more.
• Qualified and talented Advocate having good knowledge of legal drafting and research.
• Candidates should have good ability to read and understand case papers. They should have a strong ability to use legal research engines like SCC Online and Manupatra.· 
• A good command over English and proper grammar while drafting is a necessity to be upheld by the candidates.
• Candidates should be capable of handling the entire portfolio of cases handled by our firm and be good in client communication and coordination.
• Numerous other tasks which will be assigned on a daily basis pertaining to office work.

Salary

For 0 to 3 years of experience Advocates: First, candidates must complete a 3-month internship, during which they will receive a stipend of Rs. 5000 per month. If they are found suitable for the position of Associate Advocate, they will receive a salary of Rs. 17,000 + Rs. 1000 (Traveling Allowance) per month for the initial 3 months. After completing the 3 months, the salary will be paid @ Rs. 20,000 + Rs. 1000 (Traveling Allowance) per month.

For 3 years of experience or more Advocates: Rs 30,000 per month.
