About the Opportunity
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring the position of Associate – Direct Tax (M&A)
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting presentations for various structuring options for clients.
- Drafting opinions on contemporary tax issues.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A good team player.
- Strong networking skills.
Experience & Educational Qualification
- 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Chartered Accountant & Law graduate from a premier Law College (Optional).
- Exposure to M&A deals with good knowledge of Tax and Corporate provisions is a must.
