About the Job

MSA Partners, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring Legal Associates for its Energy & Infrastructure Litigation practice. The role is intended for professionals with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and offers an opportunity to work on high-value regulatory and commercial disputes in the power, renewable energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.

Eligibility

  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a reputed law firm, preferably in the Energy & Infrastructure practice.
  • Exposure to the power, renewable energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong experience in drafting pleadings, appeals, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
  • Experience in advising on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Mandatory experience in handling dispute resolution matters and court appearances.
  • Experience in regulatory and commercial disputes before APTEL, CERC, SERCs, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and other judicial, quasi-judicial forums, courts, or tribunals.

Responsibilities

  • Handle regulatory and commercial disputes across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Draft pleadings, appeals, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
  • Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Represent clients before APTEL, CERC, SERCs, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
