About the Job
Sarvaank Associates is looking to strengthen its Corporate Practice in New Delhi and is inviting applications for the positions of Associate / Senior Associate.
The selected professionals will work closely with founders, investors, funds, and family offices on sophisticated transactions and advisory matters.
Eligibility
Associate
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Senior Associate

- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Common Requirements
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
- Ability to independently manage matters and client interactions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Prior law firm experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital, M&A, or commercial transactions is mandatory.
Responsibilities
The role will involve work across:
- Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
- M&A and transaction structuring.
- Investment documentation, including SHA, SSA, SPA, Term Sheets, and related documents.
- Due diligence and regulatory compliance.
- Corporate and commercial contracts.
- FEMA, SEBI, and Companies Act matters.
- Start-up advisory, ESOPs, and cap-table matters.
- Legal research, opinions, and client advisory.
