The role involves working with founders, investors, funds and family offices on high-growth transactions and advisory matters.

Eligibility

Associate

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Eligibility

• Prior law firm experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A or commercial transactions is mandatory.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Sound understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
• Ability to independently manage matters and client interactions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Working on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
• Handling M&A and transaction structuring.
• Working on investment documentation, including SHA, SSA, SPA and Term Sheets.
• Conducting due diligence and handling regulatory compliance.
• Working on corporate and commercial contracts.
• Advising on FEMA, SEBI and Companies Act matters.
• Handling start-up advisory, ESOPs and cap-table matters.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions.
• Providing client advisory.
