About the Call for Papers

Research papers are invited for presentation at the conference. All accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.

Research papers must be original and unpublished and should contribute new insights, approaches or knowledge to the existing body of literature.

All submitted papers will be considered for publication in AIJR Proceedings, an established scholarly proceedings series for peer-reviewed conference papers.

Formatting Guidelines

Detailed formatting requirements, including font size, line spacing and citation style, are available on the journal website.

Submission Guidelines

All submissions must align with the prescribed conference themes and will be subjected to a single-blind peer-review process.

Authors must ensure compliance with the following requirements:

  • The article must be written in English and must be original.
  • The manuscript must not have been previously published on any preprint server or be under consideration by another preprint server.
  • The manuscript must neither be written using generative AI tools nor contain AI-generated content.
  • Author(s) must read and comply with the applicable ethics and policy requirements before submission.
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format with a single-column layout.
  • If the manuscript is prepared in LaTeX, a PDF file may be submitted along with the source LaTeX file.
  • The article must be prepared in accordance with the prescribed Author Guidelines.
  • Underlining and italics should not be used unless scientifically necessary.
  • Illustrations, figures and tables must be placed within the text at appropriate locations.
  • Authors should include sufficient recent references, preferably from the last two years.
  • All references must be appropriately cited within the text and listed after the Declarations section in a consistent standard citation style.
  • Complete details of every author must be included in the manuscript.
  • All authors must also be added during Step 3 of the submission process in the same order in which their names appear in the manuscript.
