Eligibility

• 5-year integrated degree in law from a recognized Indian university.
• Previous experience with a reputable law firm is mandatory.
• PQE of 1-3 years as a lawyer working in the required fields.
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills

Responsilities

• Draft, review and negotiate term sheet and transaction documents in relation to private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions etc.
• Assist in legal due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and other corporate actions.
• Provide legal advisory on corporate governance and compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, secretarial  and compliance, to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
