Vaish Associates Advocates is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice in New Delhi.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Hands-on experience in corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory.
- Experience or focus in schemes of arrangement, mergers and demergers before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), fast-track mergers, stamp duty advisory and succession planning.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Work closely with senior members of the team on complex transactions and advisory assignments.
- Handle assignments requiring strong legal acumen and drafting skills.
- Manage multiple assignments and timelines effectively.
