About the Job
Vaish Associates Advocates is seeking to retain a lawyer for its Insolvency Team in Delhi. The role involves handling insolvency litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs).
Eligibility
- Lawyers with 3–4 years of experience in handling insolvency litigation.
- Experience appearing before the Supreme Court, NCLAT, and NCLTs.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate prior experience in advising and representing:
- Resolution Professionals;
- Banks; and
- Financial Institutions.
