Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) Scholar Development team is currently inviting applications for Members and Consultants.
About The IDIA
Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) is a pan India non-profit organization, which aims at empowering marginalized and underprivileged communities by creating ‘leaders from within’. As such, the role of IDIA does not stop with merely enabling its trainees to gain admission to the various law schools. Rather, IDIA’s ultimate goal is to transform these trainees into community leaders and leading lawyers who are Creative, Holistic, Altruistic, and Maverick Problem Solvers or CHAMPS.
To this end, our Scholar Development program provides our scholars with a rigorous mentorship program, specialized leadership, and soft skills training, as well as access to various other opportunities that enable their overall development. This not only helps in shaping their holistic growth but also helps increase their chances of employment in the future.
For the first time, IDIA is opening up positions to be part of IDIA Scholars’ journey through law school. If you feel that you could help in the overall planning, structuring, organizing, and implementing the scholar development programs, please do apply!
