About the Organisation

Alliance University is a Private University established in Karnataka State by Act No.34 of year 2010 and is jointly recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, Bar Council of India (BCI) and the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. About 4th Justice N. Santosh Hedge Moot Court Competition

After the resounding success of the 3rd National Moot Court Competition in February 2024, Alliance School of Law is thrilled to announce the 4th National Moot Court Competition, set for 2025. Moot court has emerged as a cornerstone extracurricular activity at the College, reflecting its commitment to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals. Recognizing the unparalleled value of mooting in honing students’ skills in advocacy, research, and drafting, the College continues to provide a platform to identify and enhance budding legal talent, equipping them to meet the evolving demands of the legal profession.

Theme

Moot Proposition is based on Competition and Commercial Law.

Eligibility

Students of 3/5 year LL.B. degree courses from any institution recognized by B.C.I. and LL.M. students (not enrolled as advocates) are eligible to participate. Provided that only one team may participate per institution.
