T.S. Mishra Law School is committed to providing quality legal education and prioritising outcome-based learning. The school offers various law programs, including a five-year B.B.A., LL.B. and B.A. LL.B., a one-year LL.M. program in Criminal and Security Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Ph.D. (Full-Time in Law). Following the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the institution integrates modern legal education techniques to prepare students for evolving legal challenges.

About the Seminar

Constitutional law is the foundation of democratic societies and continuously adapts to contemporary challenges. This seminar aims to provide a platform for in-depth analysis and critical discussions on pressing constitutional issues, examining their impact on governance, individual rights, and the rule of law. By fostering intellectual exchange among scholars, practitioners, and students, the seminar seeks to enhance the understanding of constitutional frameworks in a rapidly changing world.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Articles must be in English and should not exceed 5000 words (including footnotes).
  2. Co-authorship is allowed (maximum of two authors).
  3. Submitted articles must be original. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
  4. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any submission violating the guidelines.
  5. All decisions of the Panel and T.S. Mishra Law School are final and binding.
  6. Articles must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject “Submission for National Seminar 2025”.
  7. The email body must include the author’s Name, Address, Email ID, Contact Number, and College/University Name.
  8. Articles should not contain identifying details within the document.
  9. Files must be in .doc or .docx format.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5 (Justified).
  • Footnotes: Times New Roman, Size 10, Line Spacing 1.3.
  • Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides.
  • Citation Style: Bluebook 20th Edition / APA Style.
  • Selected articles may be published in an edited book with an ISBN, subject to quality.
