The analytical tools and services utilise collated, organised and interpreted data from land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, land-use regulations, master plans, cadastral surveys, infrastructure plans, municipal by-laws, building codes and planning requirements.

About the Job

Terra Economics & Analytics Lab is looking for a Legal Coordinator to manage client communications, handle inbound calls and resolve escalations. The role is based in Bangalore, requires proficiency in speaking fluent English and Hindi and the ability to address client concerns professionally while ensuring timely case fulfilment and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will largely include:

• Address and resolve any concerns, queries or challenges faced by our clients and legal team regarding ongoing cases.
• Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
• Manage inbound calls from clients with a proactive approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Eligibility

It is looking for someone who:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Having a good command of English and Hindi (spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to handle client issues and complaints efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Experience in customer service, client coordination or a related role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Is a graduate in any field, a background in law is an added advantage.
• Loves working with software tools and MS Excel.
