About the Job

Éclat d’or is hiring Legal Associate – Corporate Law

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed law school; additional qualifications/certifications in corporate law will be a plus
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, commercial contracts, and transaction structuring
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage timelines and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts, MoUs, shareholder agreements, and NDAs
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and memos
• Assisting in corporate advisory and compliance matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, etc.
• Supporting senior lawyers in client meetings, due diligence, and deal execution
• Coordinating with clients, regulatory bodies, and external counsel
• Ensuring timely filings, updates, and accurate documentation in all matters
