About the Job

Cencora is hiring an Analyst – Privacy Operations to support its global privacy program. The role involves handling day-to-day privacy operations, compliance, and risk assessment activities in a global, cross-functional environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in privacy operations or data protection roles
• Working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, DPDPA, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E

Responsibilities

• Support execution of privacy operations and governance activities
• Develop understanding of global privacy laws including GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, etc.
• Conduct privacy assessments such as DPIAs and maintain RoPA documentation
• Assist in documenting privacy risks and tracking remediation actions
• Support third-party privacy risk assessments for vendors and service providers
• Assist in responding to internal privacy queries, audits, and regulatory requests
