Adv. Sharian Mukherji is seeking a Full-time Junior Associate based in New Delhi. The role offers exposure to litigation and dispute resolution matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the PMLA Tribunal, New Delhi.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1.5–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the State Bar Council and the Bar Council of India.
- Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.
- Strong drafting, documentation, and compilation skills.
- Familiarity with criminal law, commercial arbitration, and related procedures and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a meticulous approach to legal work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft legal documents and prepare supporting documentation.
- Prepare case summaries, briefing notes, and materials for arguments.
- Assist in case management and monitoring of ongoing matters.
- Analyze and discuss judicial opinions and legal interpretations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Compensation
- Compensation will be commensurate with market standards and based on the candidate’s experience.
Probation Period
- Three-month probation period.
- Confirmation after the probation period will be based on performance.
