About the Job

Virtus Legal is seeking Associates and Senior Associates to join its Delhi office. The role offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal matters spanning litigation, dispute resolution, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and contract management. The selected candidates will be expected to handle matters independently while contributing to the firm’s multidisciplinary practice.

Positions Available

Associate

2–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Senior Associate

2–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Eligibility

• Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of the respective State.
• 2–5 years of experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work across diverse practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil, commercial, consumer, and criminal litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation.
• Advise clients on corporate law, employment law, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Manage family law, intellectual property, and environmental law matters.
• Conduct legal research, develop legal strategies, and provide client advisory services.
• Liaise with courts, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies, where required.
