About the Job

For their Team Legal & Company Secretarial for Asian Hotels (East) Ltd, Hyatt Regency Kolkata Hotel, Saltlake, Kolkata-106, they need 2-3 ICSI professional exam passed candidates to do their 21-month long-term training.

Free lunch will be provided to the selected candidates on all working days. More or less 5 days a week work.

Eligibility

Candidates who have cleared ICSI professional exam.

Responsibilities

Work areas- corporate laws, companies act, listing regulations, SEBI Laws, IBC Laws, stock exchanges compliance, board and committee meeting work, AGM/EoGM/postal ballot work, NCLT related work, MCA filing work, coordinating with outside consultants, shareholders, share registrar and transfer agent, etc.

Stipend

The monthly stipend amount will not depend only on the fact that the candidate is an ICSI professional level passed, but will depend on the performance in the written interview test only which will be taken during the interview process. Written test will consist of 10-12 questions based on the Companies Act, its rules, listing regs, other regular SEBI laws and basic IBC laws, etc.
