Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure timely updates and clarity.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and assist in legal documentation under supervision.
- Track case progress and remain alert to critical deadlines.
- Maintain well-organised records of case files and internal legal databases.
- Support litigation management: document handling, call scheduling, and case prep.
- Collaborate within the legal team and contribute to a supportive, high-performing culture.
- Join conciliation and negotiation calls with defaulting parties; work towards settlements.
- Take initiative and be a proactive, valuable team member.
