Module 3: Data Protection & Privacy Laws 

• Right to Privacy under Indian Constitution (Puttaswamy Judgment)○ Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) & global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA)
• Responsibilities of organisations in handling personal data
• Consequences of data breaches and legal actions

Module 4: Social Media & Cyber Defamation Laws

• Social media regulations in India
• Defamation, trolling, hate speech & intermediary liability
• IT Rules, 2021 & safe harbour provisions

Module 5: AI Legal Disputes & Recent Controversies
