About the Job
Lexicon Law is inviting applications for the position of Associate across its Litigation and Real Estate (Transaction) practice groups.
Open Positions
Litigation:
- 2–3 years PQE
- 4–6 years PQE
Real Estate (Transaction):
- 3–4 years PQE
- 5–6 years PQE
Eligibility
- Prior experience working with law firms in Mumbai
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge
Responsibilities
Litigation:
- Draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices
- Assist in court proceedings and briefing senior counsel
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes
Real Estate (Transaction):
- Analyze land and revenue documents and conduct title searches
- Draft title investigation reports and property-related documents
- Prepare conveyance deeds, sale deeds, lease agreements, and related documents
- Ensure compliance with land laws, revenue laws, and related legislations
