Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Arbitration
- Ability to independently handle litigation matters
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters independently
- Work on matters related to IBC and arbitration
- Provide legal support in financial and recovery-related cases
