Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to the company/clients on various legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, or other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal consultants.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and mitigate legal risks.
- Prepare case strategies and support in dispute resolution or litigation processes.
- File and manage legal documentation and maintain case files.
