Legal Professional (Contract Lifecycle Management + Litigation Experience).
They are looking for a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a strong foundation in litigation work to join their team.
Eligibility
- Experience Required: 1-3 years (CLM + Litigation)
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in CLM tools/processes is a must.
- Exposure to litigation handling and procedural knowledge.
- Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of contracts across the lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for contract execution and compliance.
- Support litigation matters including drafting, research, and coordination with counsel.
- Maintain and manage legal records and case files.
Salary
₹5.0 – ₹5.4 LPA (In-hand)
