About the Job
They are looking to hire two (2) advocates (PQE 0-3 years) for an associate position in our law firm “Jain & Saigal Law Offices”.
Eligibility
PQE required: 0 to 3 years
Responsibilities
1. Drafting for district courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, etc., and drafting legal opinions and agreements;
2. Regular appearances before courts and tribunals;
3. Client interface – attending client meetings, coordination with clients and their staff, updating clients, etc.
4. Interested candidates are required to fill a Microsoft Form (link below).
Salary
INR 30,000 per month (for freshers) + Bonus (one-month’s retainer – part of which is dependant on the candidate’s performance) + Reimbursement for all office-related expenses.
