About the Job

Jain & Saigal Law Offices is seeking to hire one Associate/Senior Associate to join its litigation team. The role offers substantial exposure to drafting, court appearances, client management, and litigation matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Number of Positions

One (1) position.

Eligibility

Advocates with 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and other legal documents for matters before District Courts, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC, and other forums.
• Draft legal opinions and agreements.
• Regularly appear before courts and tribunals.
• Attend client meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and their staff members.
• Provide updates and support on ongoing matters.

Compensation

• Retainer: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus.
• Reimbursement of all office-related expenses.

The retainer may be higher based on the candidate’s experience and skill set.

Location

Jangpura Extension, New Delhi.
