National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the UGC NET (Law) Examination for students who have completed their LLM and wish to pursue a career in academics in India.

This article covers past 15+ years question papers of UGC NET (Law) Examination.

The pattern of the exam was changed in 2018 and hence this article reads out past year papers of UGC NET Law Exam in new pattern first, followed by previous years of UGC NET Law Exam in old pattern, as conducted by the NTA, time to time.

Previous Year UGC NET Law Exam Papers from 2017 onwards

UGC NET Law Exam Pattern consists of two papers i.e.

• Paper-I: Evaluate the candidate’s skills and eligibility for Teaching and Research Ability
• Paper-II: Questions will be based on the chosen subjects opted by the candidate. Paper II relates to “Law” and previous year papers of the UGC NET Law Exam has been listed below.

Previous Year UGC NET Law Exam Papers

Till November 2017 UGC NET Law consists of three papers i.e. paper-1, paper-2 and paper-3.

Paper-1 was general and compulsory for all subjects and paper-2 and paper-3 was based on Law.
