About the Internship

Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Intern to join its legal team and gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, compliance, and regulatory matters in a fast-growing startup environment.

Eligibility

• Current law student (4th/5th year LL.B. or fresh LL.M.) from a recognized university
• Basic understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Interest in ESG/cleantech sector is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts
• Support compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013
• Conduct legal research on cleantech policies, IP protection, and labour laws
• Coordinate with external counsel and track legal timelines
