Falcon Legal is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation [Criminal & Civil].

Qualifications

Candidates having PQE of 3 years or more.

• Strong understanding of law and legal principles including experience in Criminal, Civil & Commercial Laws
• Proficiency in legal document preparation [Drafting]
• Enrolled  with Bar Council of Maharashtra & GoaWell versed with Marathi/ Local language
• Analytical skills for effective problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Experience in handling various legal matters in Litigation is preferred
• Law degree from a recognized institution

Role Description

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to legal work, including legal document preparation, attending the Courts analyzing legal issues, and effective communication with clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our experienced team to assist in providing comprehensive legal services to the clients.
