About the Job

HealthKart is hiring a Legal Associate (0–1 Year PQE) to support its legal and compliance functions. The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, handling a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience
• Strong drafting, communication, and research skills
• Basic understanding of contract law, company law, IP law, and litigation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
• Providing legal opinions and risk assessments on business operations
• Conducting legal research on regulatory updates and industry laws
• Assisting in litigation management and coordinating with external counsel
• Supporting corporate compliance, statutory records, and filings
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and responding to legal notices
• Developing and implementing company policies and procedures
• Maintaining organized legal records and documentation
