HealthKart is seeking a Legal Associate / Assistant Manager – Legal to join its team in Gurugram. The role involves handling trademark and intellectual property matters, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, litigation and dispute management, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory support for cross-functional teams.

Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in trademark management and intellectual property protection.
- Experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience in litigation and dispute management.
- Experience in regulatory and compliance support.
- Ability to provide legal advisory support to cross-functional teams.
- Experience in trademark prosecution and commercial contract management.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer products, e-commerce, healthcare, nutrition, media, or technology sectors will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage trademark and intellectual property protection matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Handle litigation and dispute management matters.
- Support regulatory and compliance functions.
- Provide legal advisory support to internal cross-functional teams.
