HealthKart is looking for a Legal Associate / Assistant Manager – Legal to join its team in Gurugram. The role involves trademark management and IP protection, commercial contract management, litigation and dispute management, regulatory support, and legal advisory to cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Experience in trademark management and IP protection.
- Experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience in litigation and dispute management.
- Experience in regulatory and compliance support.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in trademark prosecution and commercial contract management.
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer products, e-commerce, healthcare, nutrition, media, or technology sectors will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage trademarks and support IP protection.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Support litigation and dispute management.
- Provide regulatory and compliance support.
- Provide legal advisory to cross-functional teams.
