About the Competition

Moot Court Society, School of Legal Studies, K.R. Mangalam University in collaboration with Dream Law is pleased to extend an invitation for participation in the Inter University Moot Court Competition. The Moot Court Competition is scheduled to take place from 30th May to 1st June, 2025 via Virtual Mode.

After successfully organising our second moot court competition where 160 teams from across India participated and were judged by Retired Judges, Senior Advocates, Advocates and Professors. The main aim of the competition is to promote commitment towards experiential learning and to facilitate students in cumulating immense knowledge. The Moot Court Competition develops coherent legal insight among students and is essential to develop practical skills.

Eligibility

• Students duly enrolled and pursuing full time 5 years or 3 years undergraduate law courses may apply to participate in the given competition.
• Students enrolled in post-graduation diploma or short-term certification courses are not eligible to apply. 
• Cross University Teams are not allowed to participate.

The team composition of the given competition shall comprise of the following:

1. 2 speakers OR
2. 2 speakers and 1 Researcher

• Inauguration and Draw of Lots: 29^th May, 2025
• Competition Dates: 30th May to 1st June, 2025

• The registration shall be considered complete only when the Registration Fee has been paid successfully and the registration codes to each team through mail which shall be quoted by the teams for further communications with the organising committee.
• The participants will receive an official approval mail from the organising committee within 48 hours of their registration.
• The organising committee shall communicate with the Team Leader for all the necessary communication.
• The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
