About the Job
The office of Ms. Amirta Dinakaran, Chennai, is looking for a Junior Advocate to assist them in matters pertaining to commercial taxes, customs, excise, and other commercial matters
Eligibility
- Candidate should be based out of Chennai, highly preferable if living near Anna Nagar (If you are from outside Chennai, please make necessary arrangements for your stay/accommodation in Chennai)
- PQE 1-2 years.
- Fluency in English speaking and drafting.
- Should possess good drafting and research skills.
- Readiness to appear/represent before courts.
- Should know basic filing work, diligent section work, and follow up as necessary, since matters are time-bound.
Practice Area Exposure
High Court and Subordinate Courts at Chennai.
