About the Competition

Title of the Competition–  न्यायिकलेखनप्रतिस्पर्धा

This is organized to enhance the understanding and application of Indian Criminal Law, particularly the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), and the Indian Evidence Act. Participants will be required to draft a reasoned judgment based on the case provided, where they will analyze the facts, evidence, and legal issues, ultimately arriving at a decision.

Eligibility

• The competition is open to all law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB & LLM program from any recognized university or college.
• Professionals such as lawyers, judges, or academicians are not eligible to participate.
• The participants can participate individually. Group participation is not allowed.
