About the Internship
Zypp Electric is looking for a Legal Intern.

1. Must be in the 3rd year of graduation or above.
2. Must be residing in Gurgaon or nearby area.(daily travel should not be an issue)
3. Must have knowledge about the company he is applying to!
4. Must have a knowledge about contracts and agreements(At least few important clauses that every agreement must have)
Responsibilities
- Document Review and Case Preparation: Interns will review various legal documents including contracts, deeds, and agreements, and conduct case file research. They will prepare case notes and timelines, particularly noting any expiring contracts.
- Communication and Follow-ups: Manage procedural follow-ups with external counsel on pending cases via email, utilizing electronic devices to streamline communications.
- Active Participation: Interns are expected to actively participate in discussions, providing insights and opinions on ongoing agreements and client negotiations. Tasks may involve data entry and management through Excel as part of our paper reduction policy.
- Language and Terminology Proficiency: Must be comfortable with the English language and familiar with legal terminology.
- Work Hours and Emergency Preparedness: Regular work hours are expected without the necessity for late stays, except in emergencies (e.g., urgent drafting of documents) which may require staying later occasionally.
- Writing and Technical Skills: Interns must complete an on-the-spot writing test and are expected to handle their own printing using the company’s facilities.
