About the Internship
Adv. Yash Naik is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern to assist in litigation matters before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / 2nd year onwards – 3-year course)
- Strong interest in litigation
- Basic drafting and research skills
Practice Areas
- Criminal Law (Primary)
- Civil Law
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting
- Attending court and handling filing work
- Assisting in case preparation
- Coordinating with clients (if required)
