About the Job

The National Financial Reporting Authority is inviting applications for the position of Young Professional (Legal). The role offers an opportunity to work on legal research, drafting, litigation support, and regulatory matters in a statutory body.

Maximum 32 years

Eligibility

  • LL.B. from a recognized University/Institution or
  • B.A. LL.B. (5-year integrated course) from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in legal matters.
  • Excellent hands-on experience in legal research, drafting petitions, counter affidavits, and other legal documents.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, internet usage, legal search tools, and typing.

Desirable Qualifications

  • LL.M., preferably in Corporate Law.
  • Experience in domains related to NFRA.
  • Experience of working with Government departments or statutory bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft petitions, counter affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Support the Authority in legal and compliance-related assignments.
