Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized University/Institution or
- B.A. LL.B. (5-year integrated course) from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in legal matters.
- Excellent hands-on experience in legal research, drafting petitions, counter affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, internet usage, legal search tools, and typing.
Desirable Qualifications
- LL.M., preferably in Corporate Law.
- Experience in domains related to NFRA.
- Experience of working with Government departments or statutory bodies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft petitions, counter affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in litigation and regulatory matters.
- Support the Authority in legal and compliance-related assignments.
