Applications are invited for Young Professional (Law & IP)
Selected candidates will be posted at the Intellectual Property Office, New Delhi, and may also be required to visit offices located at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Nagpur.
Eligibility
Essential Qualification
- Graduation/Postgraduation in Law or
- MBA in International Business with domain knowledge in relevant areas
Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. in Law & IP field
Experience: Minimum 1-year research experience in Law & IP field, preferably in IPR matters
Additional Requirement: Knowledge of legal drafting, rules/regulations, replies related to court matters, etc.
Duration
- Initially for 1 year
- Extendable annually up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance
Salary
₹70,000 per month
