About the Job

EY is hiring a skilled and experienced Contracts Expert to join its team in Pune.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Minimum 5 years in contract management and bid process management

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual documents including EOIs, SBDs, Concessionaire Agreements, MoUs, LoAs, and other related agreements
• Hands-on experience in Bid Process Management, including end-to-end tender execution
• Preparation and review of RFPs/RFQs and bid documents
• Experience in bid evaluation, clarifications, and contract finalization
• Ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation in contracts
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with government projects and government stakeholders

• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
