EY is hiring a skilled and experienced Contracts Expert to join its team in Pune.

Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Minimum 5 years in contract management and bid process management
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual documents including EOIs, SBDs, Concessionaire Agreements, MoUs, LoAs, and other related agreements
- Hands-on experience in Bid Process Management, including end-to-end tender execution
- Preparation and review of RFPs/RFQs and bid documents
- Experience in bid evaluation, clarifications, and contract finalization
- Ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation in contracts
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with government projects and government stakeholders
Skills
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
