About the Job

Arnifi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Legal to join core team. This role is integral to driving the corporate compliance and governance initiatives.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (B.A. LLB) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate or business law, with a strong focus on working with corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate governance, contract law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, contract law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indian business regulations and standards.
• Work closely with corporate clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal and business challenges.
