Eligibility
- Experience: 2–6 years
- LLB graduate with 2–6 years of experience in corporate law.
- Expertise in co-lending, DA transactions, SaaS agreements, and compliance in NBFC/FinTech settings.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate intricate agreements (borrowing, co-lending, securitization, MSAs, NDAs, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with NBFC/FinTech regulations and other legal requirements.
- Conduct legal research, prepare reports, and advise on decision-making processes.
- Handle customer escalations and manage corporate litigation matters.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
