Eligibility
- Experience: 1-2 Years
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements with contract management.
- Analyze and interpret local laws and regulations in connection with contract requests to ensure compliance.
- Conduct legal research on various Indian / International laws and prepare summaries.
- Consult the relevant government websites for any legal/statutory developments.
- Research legal databases for relevant case laws and their ratios.
- Review documents/reports received from third parties/sub-contractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
