About the Job

Edictum Law & Co is seeking passionate and driven associates with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience who are ready to dive into a challenging work environment.

Eligibility

• Post Qualification Work Experience in litigation of 3-4 years
• Enrolled as an advocate with a state bar council and should have cleared the All India Bar Exam
• Practice covering all major fields of law (Civil, Commercial and Criminal)
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases efficiently

Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be involved in:

• Frequent court appearances
• Drafting legal documents and case briefs
• Conducting detailed legal research
• Formulating arguments and case strategies
• Managing case progress and maintaining client communications
• Briefing and conducting conferences with senior
