About the Job
Only Much Louder is looking for a Legal | Sr. Associate to provide legal support across its media, entertainment, content, talent, brand, and intellectual property activities. The role involves contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, rights management, legal documentation, and monitoring legal and compliance matters.
Eligibility
- LLB is required.
- 3–6 years of experience in media law, entertainment, and intellectual property.
- Previous experience with media law firms, media companies, advertising agencies, talent management firms, or entertainment companies.
- Experience providing practical legal advice on media-related legal matters.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating digital rights and technology contracts.
- Understanding of the regulatory regime relating to content and endorsement sales would be an advantage.
- Quick learner with an interest in Media Law.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to content, production, talent, licensing, brands, and platform partnerships.
- Provide legal support across content development, production, distribution, artist management, finance, brands, and rights management.
- Advise internal teams on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Support brand integrations, sponsorships, and commercial deals.
- Manage intellectual property, rights documentation, legal records, and contract repositories.
- Manage the legal data library.
- Monitor legal developments and identify potential business and compliance risks.
- Proofread legal documents.
- Conduct regular S&P checks of audio-visual content.
