About the Job
Hetero is hiring for the position of Legal Executive in Hyderabad. The role focuses on end-to-end litigation management, legal drafting and documentation, regulatory matters, court proceedings, land-related legal work, government liaison, negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of experience in legal/litigation work.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation management.
- Good drafting, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to read and write Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Knowledge of land laws, land records, title verification, and registration processes across India.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end litigation matters, including Civil, Criminal, Labour/IR, Consumer, Arbitration, NCLT, NGT, and IPR cases.
- Handle regulatory matters, legal notices, and drafting and vetting of suits, plaints, written statements, affidavits, agreements, MoUs, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Manage court proceedings and litigation before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court, Tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial authorities.
- Coordinate with external counsels, Senior Advocates, and reputed law firms, including briefing and following up on ongoing cases.
- Handle land laws, land records, title verification, and registration processes across India.
- Liaise with revenue and government authorities.
- Handle legal negotiations, government liaison, claims, and dispute resolution involving vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Take care of litigation disputes and ensure effective legal management and timely resolution of cases.
